What is 3050?
The year 2017 is the 30th anniversary of KNPS(Korea National Park Service)’s founding and the 50th anniversary of the Korean national park system:

The national park system of Republic of Korea was started in 1967 when Jirisan was designated as the first Korean national park,

and the Korea National Park Service (KNPS), which is a public organization managing Korean national parks, was founded in 1987.
